Who we are

What we collect
When you complete a quote form on this website we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, postcode, the service you are enquiring about, and optionally your email address and any details you add. If you call, email or message us on social media, we hold whatever you choose to share in that conversation, including any photographs of your property you send us.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out work, and keep a record of jobs completed. Photographs taken during work are used as your before-and-after proof. We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we never sell or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis
We rely on legitimate interests to answer your enquiry, on performance of a contract where you go ahead with work, and on legal obligation where records must be kept for tax or insurance purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as they are useful for following up, then deleted. Records of completed jobs are kept for as long as required for accounting, warranty and insurance purposes.
Who else handles your data
Enquiries submitted through this website are transmitted and stored using our website hosting and enquiry-handling providers, who process the data on our instructions only. We also use standard email and phone services to communicate with you.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive a copy of it.
