Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to work carried out by RGF Roof and Gutter Flow, Bury, Greater Manchester. They sit alongside your statutory rights as a consumer, which are not affected by anything below.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are free and there is no call-out charge. A quote may be given from photographs together with your address or postcode, or from a site visit. Gutter cleaning starts from £59; the final price depends on the property, its height, access and the amount of work involved. If something is found on the day that materially changes the job, we will tell you and re-quote before carrying it out, additional work is never done without your agreement.
Booking and access
Most cleans can be scheduled for the next day, subject to availability. You are asked to provide safe access to the areas being worked on, including access to the rear of the property, and to move vehicles or garden items where they are in the way. Work at height depends on safe, level footing for ladders or a clear line for the vacuum system. If safe access cannot be achieved on the day, we will discuss the alternatives with you.
Weather and rescheduling
Work at height is not carried out in unsafe conditions such as high winds, ice or storms. If a visit has to be moved for weather or safety reasons, we will contact you and arrange the next suitable date at no extra cost.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise, and can be made by card, cash or bank transfer (BACS).
Guarantee and cover
A satisfaction guarantee applies to the work carried out, if you are not happy with it, tell us and we will put it right. RGF Roof and Gutter Flow holds £5 million public liability cover. The guarantee covers the work performed; it does not extend to pre-existing faults that were reported to you and declined, to further debris accumulating after the visit, or to damage caused by third parties.
Condition of existing guttering
Guttering, brackets, joints and fixings that are already old, brittle, corroded or poorly installed can fail during cleaning even when handled with care. Where such condition is visible, it is photographed and reported to you. We cannot accept responsibility for the failure of components that were already at the end of their life, and will always quote for repair or replacement rather than leaving you without a working system.
Photographs
Before-and-after photographs are taken on every job and provided to you as proof of the work. Photographs may also be used to illustrate the type of work carried out; they will not identify your address, and you can ask us not to use them.
Scope of service
RGF provides gutter cleaning, repairs, replacement, realignment, downpipe unblocking and replacement, gutter guard installation and roof and gutter check-overs. Roof cleaning, roof repairs and fascia or soffit cleaning are not currently offered.
Cancellation
You may cancel or move a booking by contacting us on 07837 187937 or at info@roofandgutterflow.co.uk. Please give as much notice as you reasonably can so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Complaints and governing law
Raise any concern with Daniel MacDonald directly on 07837 187937 so it can be resolved. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
